Concerned shareholders have requisitioned a special meeting of Emerita shareholders to remove three current directors and elect three independent nominees: Andrew Elinesky, Norman Findlay and Wayne Peters.
Joaquin Merino and Agne Ahlenius, who both received majority shareholder support at August 25, 2026 AGM, retain our support to remain on the board of Emerita.
You do no need to do anything today. Once the meeting is called, we will send you our materials with instructions on how to vote in support of positive change.
AT THE MEETING, YOU WILL DECIDE
Each question will be settled by you, at one meeting, by a simple majority of the shares voted.
